Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
  3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with pear slice.
Tips

If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, adjust the simple syrup and lemon juice to 1 part each.
