Preparation

  1. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass.
  2. Roll the moistened glass in the sugar.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients.
  4. Shake well and double strain into chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with pink grapefruit zest.
