Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle fruit.
  2. Add all other ingredients, shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with half a passion fruit floating on top.
Tips

Try making your own vanilla sugar syrup by blending fresh vanilla pods with very fine sugar. Strain well.
