Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake for one to two minutes.
  3. Add ice and shake again.
  4. Pour into a Collins glass with small amount of cracked ice, add soda water and fizz with bar spoon.
  5. Present with a brandied cherry on a cocktail pick.
