Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and finely strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with orange zest (discard) and a starfuit on the rim.
Tips

The rind of a star fruit is edible, but make sure you trim the brown rims off the fruit’s points, and de-seed before garnishing.
