Star Anise Powder

Star Anise

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the honey and hot water and stir to dissolve.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and shake well.
  3. Strain into glass with handle.
  4. Garnish with star anise.
Tips

For even more exotic flavor, add some lavender petals before shaking.
