Preparation

  1. Place dry amontillado sherry in a cocktails glass and rub with an orange twist to season glass.
  2. Discard twist and excess sherry.
  3. Add Grey Goose, Lillletand bitters to a cocktail pitcher filled with ice.
  4. Stir vigorously, and strain into prepared glass.
  5. Present with an orange twist.
Tips

Seasoning a cocktail glass adds slight flavor without overwhelming the cocktail.
