Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle, then shake and finely strain.
  3. Serve in a tall glass, topped with soda water.
  4. Garnish with lemongrass, a slice of mango and a sprig of mint.
Tips

Cubed ice will keep your drink colder for longer, but crushed ice chills it more quickly.
