Squeeze
Demerara Brown Sugar

Kumquats

Preparation

  1. Cut all the kumquats in half and put all the rest of the ingredients into a highball glass.
  2. Muddle all and add crushed ice.
  3. Float Grand Marnier.
Tips

A coarser sugar (like demerara) works better for muddling.
