Black Truffles Martini
GREY GOOSE VODKA& BLACK TRUFFLES MARTINI
ingredients
2 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
8 black truffles, preferably French Perigord
1 part pear nectar
1/2 part pear brandy
1 spray of truffles essence
instructions
To infuse vodka: add sliced black truffles into bottle of 70cl (750 ml US) GREY GOOSE® L'Original for 1 week at room temperature. In a cocktail shaker, shake and strain all ingredients. Serve in a martini glass.
